Orlando Vacation Accommodation-Orlando
Holiday Villas
When you are seeking Orlando vacation
accommodation, have you ever considered Orlando holiday
villas as an option? Do you normally book the best hotel you
can find - or even the cheapest? Have you considered why you
prefer a hotel to any other form of accommodation? Have you
considered renting a vacation villa in Orlando? Don't make
your mind up yet, and read on for a comparison between the
two and you decide what is best for you and your family.
Privacy
You cannot, of course, mention the words
'hotel' and 'privacy' in the same breath. Even the most
expensive hotel, unless you are in the penthouse, has walls
with strangers next door, and people walking backwards and
forwards outside your room. Nor do you have privacy in the
lounge, full of strangers, in the pool, or in the bar and
restaurant. Also, if you have children, do you pay for their
own room and trust them with it? Or are they sharing with
you - even less privacy for you both.
In a holiday villa, you have your own room,
separate from that of your children. No strangers around,
and you have your own pool, kitchen and games room.
Basically, you are a family just as you are in our own home,
and your kids can identify with their own rooms, rather than
sharing yours, which brings us to:
Security
What security do you have in a hotel? People
can come and go as they please, and even those who are not
guests of the hotel can wander around at will. Another
security aspect is that of your children. If you get them
their own room - after all, they can't sleep with you if
they are in their teens - then how do you know what they are
getting up to. They could be anywhere and doing anything.
Orlando holiday villas offer the security of
you knowing where they are. You have your separate bedrooms,
your lounges and your kitchen. You know where they are all
right (and all night). Also, strangers cannot wander about
past your door keeping an eye on where you are. Not only
that, but many vacation villas in Orlando are set in resorts
where only paid guests are allowed.
Sanitation
Yes, hotels clean out your bathroom ever day,
and your standard of sanitation is good. How about the
pool? Is that the same? With how many people are you
sharing the pool in your hotel, and how many children are
using it (you know what I mean!)?
Your Orlando holiday villa is yours only, and
the pool is private, so there are no strangers around to use
it or to pollute it. That in itself is sufficient reason for
many people to rent vacation villas in Orlando rather than
use a hotel.
Ambience
You have had a great day visiting the Orlando
attractions: Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and
maybe even a round of golf or some golfing instruction. You
might have had the kids to look after all day, all these
crowds and that traffic to negotiate, and are looking
forward to some peace, quiet and relaxation. You get back
to your hotel and what? A packed restaurant, busy lounge,
bar full of people shouting to be heard - so you head for
your room for some peace. Then the kids start: mom this,
dad that! "Vacation? You can keep it!", you yell! And
that's just day 1!
Your counterparts return to their Orlando
vacation villa - peaceful and quiet. They fire up the
barbeque and have a couple of steaks, or maybe burgers or
hot dogs for the kids, and relax by the pool. Perhaps have a
quick private swim, and relax with a nice meal and a few
cold beers or a bottle of Chardonnay - or Cabernet Sauvignon
for the steaks. No noise, just peace and the birds singing.
The kids act up, so you send them to the games room for some
pool or a game of air hockey. Or perhaps to their rooms play
with the PS2 provided - you two can have a lovely peaceful
evening.
Cost
Price might not matter to you, but it does
for most people. What is the price of a good hotel room?
$20? $40? No? Nothing like it I bet! Well here's a shock
for you. A vacation villa in Orlando, sleeping 10 with DVD
players, TV and high speed internet in the bedrooms, will
cost $18.50 each person. That's right, $18.50, and you also
get your own screened pool and loungers, ping-pong,
basketball, lanai, barbecue and a luxury kitchen with
laundry facilities. $18.50 each for 10 people!
Even if there are 5 in your part or our
family, that's just $37 each. You tell me where in Orlando
you can get a hotel room for that price? But that's not all.
What are the hotel bar prices in Orlando? Compare that with
supermarket wine and beer - drink at our own prices!
Supermarket food - OK, you cook it yourself, but you have a
great luxury kitchen and are not sharing the restaurant!
You want a burger and beer at midnight? No problem and no
room service to pay for.
No matter how you look at it, for Orlando
vacation accommodation, you cannot beat Orlando holiday
villas - and that's a fact!
