This beautiful detached Home has a very
private, peaceful outlook and is the perfect respite from a
busy day in the theme parks or the golf course. Six
bedrooms, each with their own Television/DVD's are richly
appointed.
Tastefully decorated, this home is kept in
immaculate condition and furnished to the highest standard.
This house has a large comfortable living room that holds a
dining table with seating for 8 as well as a family room
open-plan off the kitchen.
The Family room features a 50" wall mounted
flat screen television; set with a 'home cinema' system for
music and DVD's. These rooms overlook the pool and spa.
The Kitchen is large with an area for
eating, extensively equipped with every modern convenience.
The downstairs bedroom is tastefully
decorated, very private, with it's own bathroom, this
overlooks the pool area and is richly appointed. It has a
Queen sized bed and wall-mounted TV/DVD.
Upstairs the extremely spacious master
bedroom is beautifully furnished with a King size bed and
wall mounted 32" flat-screen TV/DVD. There's a large master
bathroom with'his' and 'her' washbasins, a lovely sunken tub
with a separate large walk in glass shower. A large walk in
closet can be found off this master area.
The third and fourth bedroom's have King
size bed's, flat screened TV/DVD's, plenty of storage space
and large closets, bathrooms are located off these rooms.
The two twin bedrooms each holding two single beds are
brightly decorated and linked to their own bathrooms. These
rooms also have wall mounted TV/DVD's.
The Game room features a terrific Air Hocky
table, Foosball table, Dart Board, and Football Table.
The large screened in pool area is very
private with a spa that overflows into the pool. It has a
large covered lanai area complete with padded patio chairs,
loungers and BBQ for your convenience so you can eat, swim
or relax out of the direct heat from the sun. Separate
laundry room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer,
iron, ironing board, etc.
