Universal Studios and Sea World. Some of the magnificent

playground.
An enormous clubhouse overlooking the pool
has pool tables, video game area, sundry shop, fitness room
with top-of-the-line fitness equipment and a high definition

you at this new 6 bedroom, 4 bath home built in 2005.
This home is perfect for everyone, including
families, golf groups, honeymooners, relocated families,
family reunions, executive retreats, etc. This stunning home
is professionally furnished and decorated to a very high
standard. The home is maintained and looked after by our
management team and comes complete with linens, towels,
washer and dryer.
Utilities and high speed Internet are all
part of the cost. This luxurious villa has a Lanai, its own
private south-facing screened pool with spa and is fully
equipped with tables and chairs, lounges, and charcoal
grill. The pool provides maximum opportunity to work on your
tan.
The hot tub is ideal for relaxing,
especially after the kids have gone to bed. Both master
suites with king size beds are located upstairs. The main
master suite has a large walk-in closet, fully tiled
bathroom with a tub, separate shower enclosure and twin
washbasins.
The other four bedrooms contain a king size
bed with its own bathroom, a king size bed, a set of twin
beds, and a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with
their own televisions.
The spacious and comfortable family room is
equipped with 52 inch, big screen TV with stereo sound
system, cable, VCR and DVD. There is also a comfortable
living room to relax in after dinner in the formal dining
area, which seats 8 to 10 people.
The fully-fitted luxury kitchen with a
breakfast bar comes furnished with a refrigerator with
icemaker, dishwasher and cooking range. Other equipment
includes microwave, electric coffee maker and toaster. There
are ample cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware.
A breakfast nook area adjoins the kitchen
with table and chairs. The laundry room is fully equipped
with large capacity automatic washing machine and tumble
dryer, iron and ironing board.
The game room is an added extra that allows
you to shoot pool, play air hockey have a card game or just
relax in the added space with another television with DVD
and VCR. For those traveling with young children, this is
the place for you! We provide a Pack-N-Play, stroller and
highchair free of charge!
