Low Season - Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec $195
High Season - June, July August  (Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekends) $225
Holiday - March, Spring Break (3/31 to April 14),  Christmas and New Years  (12/15 to 1/5) $255
Pool and/or spa heat $30 per day, minimum charge $150
Prices do not include 13% Florida Tax, Prices are subject to change without notice
Add $10 per night for stays of 5 nights or less, A cleaning Fee $125 is charged for stays of 5 nights or less
A $20 Reservation fee is added to each reservation, A $40 accidental damage waiver will be applied to each reservation
