Low Season - Jan, Feb, May, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec $210
High Season - June, July August  (Memorial Day thru Labor Day Weekends) $250
Holiday - March 1 to April 15 (6 night minimum) -- April 16 to 30, Christmas and New Years (7 night minimum) $265
Pool and/or spa heat $30 per day, minimum charge $150
Add $10 per night for stays of 5 nights or less
Cleaning Fee $110 for stays of 5 nights or less
Prices do not include 13% Florida Tax, Prices are subject to change without notice
A $20 Reservation fee is added to each reservation
A $40 accidental damage waiver will be applied to each reservation
