This community features a huge lagoon- style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub, children's playground, state of the art fitness center, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre and video arcade, and Sundry shop

This home features a brand new American kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Spacious 5 bedrooms, with the master located downstairs. Each room has its own private bathroom and LCD television.

This home has its own private pool and spa within a screen enclosure. The living room features a 42 inch LCD TV with 290 international channels, a PS2, DVD player and surround sound. The separate game room is fully equipped with a pool table, air hockey table, electronic dartboard and an electronic basketball game.
