Fully equipped kitchen, full sized washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer are also included for your convenience. From the patio is a pretty lake view, plus marvelous scenery of the fireworks from Sea World and Disney World.

Located along Universal Boulevard, this beautiful gated community is within walking distance to the second largest convention center in the nation - the Orlando Convention Center and only a short distance to all the major theme parks and attractions Orlando has to offer. Publics is in walking distance.

The community offers a Pool, Spa, Movie Theatre, Game Room, Children's Play Area and Fitness Center in the Clubhouse.
